New program inquiries
Use the firm application to tell us which states you serve and the signed MVA retainer requirements you want to discuss. The application leads into the existing call-booking process; it does not activate a campaign or guarantee market availability.
Bring your intake capacity, preferred delivery system and acceptance criteria to the conversation. Pricing and commercial terms are agreed in writing, not established by sending a general inquiry.
Existing campaigns and account access
Sign in with your existing authorized account for the private law workspace. If you cannot access the correct campaign or need help with delivery, email the team using your business email and include your firm's name.
For general program or account questions, use info@advertra.ca. Do not include claimant medical records, identity documents, signed retainers, passwords or API keys in a general inquiry. Use the approved private workflow for sensitive case material.
