From market review to firm handoff.

Agree the requirements first. Build acquisition, intake, signing and delivery around the same written criteria.

Check your market

Review the market and commercial terms

Start with the firm application and a conversation about the states you serve, the cases you accept and your intake capacity. The team reviews the requested market rather than treating a submitted application as an approved campaign.

Before launch, your agreement and insertion order establish the signed-retainer definition, pricing, acceptance requirements and commercial terms. Coverage is confirmed for the agreed scope, not inferred from a public state selector.

Prepare qualification, documents and delivery

Onboarding collects your firm information, acceptance criteria, authorized agreement documents, delivery destination and case contacts. Transfer availability is recorded in the firm's time zone, including closed days, so a handoff is not based on guessed opening hours.

Required documents and integrations must be reviewed before the relevant workflow is ready. A completed form is not, on its own, confirmation that signing or CRM delivery has been verified.

Qualify, sign and hand off

The campaign brings MVA inquiries into intake. Claimant information is reviewed against your agreed requirements, and eligible intake records move through the configured retainer-signing and delivery process.

Your firm handles legal advice and representation. Qualification, acceptance and billing stay governed by the agreed terms rather than a marketing-page promise.

Work from the private dashboard

Authorized users sign in to the law workspace to see the operational areas their role permits. Campaign visibility and access to intake, documents and economics are permission-controlled; a public application does not grant internal access.

Existing accounts continue to use their authorized email addresses. If you need access or have an issue with a handoff, contact the team rather than sending private claimant documents through a general public inquiry.
