The questions to ask before a campaign.

Clear answers about signed retainers, qualification, delivery and access. Your executed agreement governs the details.

What does Case Falcon deliver?

The program focuses on signed motor vehicle accident retainers for plaintiff law firms, rather than selling a list of raw leads. Your firm's executed agreement defines qualification, acceptance, delivery and billing.

What does pay per signed retainer mean?

The commercial unit is an individual qualifying signed claimant under the agreed program terms. Pricing, payment timing, acceptance, duplicates, and any replacement or credit provisions are set out in your agreement and insertion order. The website does not replace those documents.

Which states can my firm select?

Tell us the states your firm can serve in the application. We review market availability, your firm's requirements and intake capacity before confirming coverage. A state shown in an application is not a promise of availability or case volume.

Can we set accident and treatment criteria?

Your firm's accident window, treatment requirements, representation policy and other acceptance criteria are confirmed during onboarding and documented for the campaign. These are business acceptance criteria, not a statement of legal eligibility or a statute of limitations.

Are delivered cases shared with competing firms?

Cases delivered under this program are exclusive to the receiving firm. Market scope and any exclusivity terms are confirmed in writing before a campaign begins.

Can you deliver into our existing CRM?

Delivery can use a supported API, webhook or email intake workflow. We confirm your system, field mapping, delivery destination and contacts during onboarding rather than assuming that every CRM connection is already configured.

Who provides legal advice and accepts representation?

Your law firm controls legal advice, representation and case acceptance. Case Falcon is operated by Advertra, a marketing and intake-services company, not a law firm. A claimant inquiry does not establish representation.

How do existing users access the dashboard?

Use the Sign in link with your existing authorized account. Dashboard access depends on your assigned role and campaign permissions. Contact the team if you need account access; submitting the public application does not grant administrative access.
