A form submission, an appointment and a signed retainer are different outcomes. Case Falcon's motor vehicle accident program is designed around qualifying signed claimants, with a definition of the billable event agreed in writing before a campaign begins.
Your agreement and insertion order set the actual price, payment timing and acceptance process. A signature alone does not override qualification, duplicate review or any other agreed acceptance requirement.
Qualification belongs to your firm
Onboarding establishes the states your firm serves, accident and treatment windows, representation policy and other campaign criteria. Intake uses those documented requirements so your team can review the information against the same standard.
